Freezer!

Today, for the most part, was good. I placed 3rd at the freezer, and i felt that my fitness level was far past that of the winner, but my snow handling skills were lacking. They gave me a cool ice cream scoop as a prize!

Bad days.

I broke up with my longtime girlfriend Lauren tonight. Pretty much the worst night of my life, but it is better than staying with her and being sad. She didn't care about me anyway.

I like it when it is 'warm'

First training day of the week. I went outside! It was like 40 out and snowy but that is ok. I went to the doctor today. It seems that i have strep throat or something, so i am on meds, but i feel ok, which is good. :)

Training has gone well for the past two days, it is supposed to be warming up this week!
Using the rest day/holiday to fix my car!

Another cold day.

I have a rest week this week, so i only have to ride some 8 hours, as opposed to the usual 16. I have been taking a nap everyday n the afternoon, and it is nice. today i rode to school, and rode at night for 45 minutes.
I plan on doing the Freezer bike race in canada on the 25th. I have high expectations, but at the very least, i just want to race.
